As a revenue incentive, the Department of Revenue is amending the Big Four Game. The amendment increases the weekly drawings from three to six times a week or as determined and publicly announced by the Lottery.

The regulation also amends section 817.92 (relating to purpose). When the Department introduced the Super 7 game, the Pennsylvania Lotto drawings were reduced from three times to twice a week. Because of an oversight, section 817.92 was not amended at that time.
