Scope and Contents
Establishes and details the procedures which will be followed in operating and administering the “Sizzlin’ Spin” Instant Lottery Game. The regulation will be effective from the date of publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin until two years after the date of termination has been announced by the director of the Pennsylvania State Lottery.
