Establishes and details the procedures which will be followed in operating and administering the Pennsylvania Winner Wonderland Instant Lottery Game.

The regulation also amends the Pennsylvania U.S. 200 Instant Lottery Game by amending §845.09 (relating to ticket validation and requirements). The amendment relates to a minor change in the colors used in the printing of the instant lottery tickets.

The regulation will be effective from the date of publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin until two years after the date of termination has been announced by the director of the Pennsylvania State Lottery.
