The regulations establish and detail the procedures which will be followed in operating and administering the Wild Card Lotto. The Wild Card Lotto game will replace the current Pennsylvania Lotto game. The object of the Wild Card Lotto game is to select six numbers between 1 and 48. On the specified drawing dates, the Lottery will draw at random six numbers between 1 and 48 with the aid of mechanical drawing equipment. In addition, a seventh number will be drawn and will be known as the Wild Card Number.

A first prize of at least one million dollars will be awarded to the players selecting the same six numbers drawn by the Lottery. In addition, there will be five additional prize categories for the players selecting five winning numbers plus the Wild Card Number, five winning numbers, four winning numbers plus the Wild Card Number, four winning numbers, or three winning numbers plus the Wild Card Number.
