In order to garner support for House Bill 694, Vereb held two press conferences: the first on February 5 in his district of Montgomery County, and the second in Harrisburg. Many materials for these conferences are in this folder, including talking points, fliers, endorsement letters, memoranda, Senate and House Bill drafts, hand-written notes, attendance confirmation sheets, personal correspondence, news advisories, and others.

House Bill 694 sought to amend Title 42 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes in order to alter the statute of limitations regarding aggravated assault on a police officer in the line of duty.
