Rep. Vereb focused entirely on his prime sponsored House Bill 694 for the 2007-2008 session. House Bill 694 sought to amend Title 42 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes in order to alter the statute of limitations regarding aggravated assault on a police officer in the line of duty. This legislative work is referred to as "Price Legislation" throughout Rep. Vereb's collection. "Price" refers to the last name of a police officer involved in an aggravated assault case that prompted Rep. Vereb to pursue this legislation.
