Scope and Contents The 1985-1986 Insurance Committee, the Democrats were in the majority and the Republicans were in the minority. William C. Rybak served as majority chair. Walter F. This collection could have been originally housed at the PA State Archives. It was not processed and was found in the House Archives in it's original state. Not sure of transfer date, if any. It is not a complete committee collection as the main contents are of reports and subject files from various session years.

Many of the materials were stored improperly and had damage to pages with the House Blue Backs and the State Transportation Commission files.
