An Act authorizing the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to join the Interstate Wildlife Violator Compact; providing for the form of the compact; imposing additional powers and duties on the Governor and the Compact Administrator; and limiting the applicability of suspension powers.

An Act amending the act of March 10, 1949 (P.L.30, No.14), known as the Public School Code of 1949, further providing for closing of school or department and for powers and duties of board of control.

Amends the state budget in order to provide Rivers of Steel National Heritage Area with 200,000 dollars.

An Act amending Title 5 (Athletics and Sports) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for duties of State Athletic Commission; in regulation of boxing contests and exhibitions, further providing for age of participants and for gloves; in wrestling, further providing for definitions and for physician to be in attendance; and, in registration of athlete agents, further providing for bonding requirements.

An Act amending Title 44 (Law and Justice) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, providing for confidential communications to a critical incident stress management team member by law enforcement officers.

An Act establishing a nursing and nursing educator loan forgiveness and scholarship program.

Amends the Pennsylvania Construction Code Act to provide for the development of standards and inspections in the regulation of manufactured housing for commercial purposes.

A Resolution commemorating the 75th anniversary of the Pennsylvania Federation of Sportsmen's Clubs and encouraging Pennsylvanians to learn more about and reflect upon the importance of this organization.

A Resolution congratulating the Rivers of Steel National Heritage Area and the Steel Industry Heritage Corporation.

A Resolution commemorating the 100th anniversary of the Darr Mine Disaster, a historic event in the history of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania that tragically cost the lives of more than two hundred coal miners at the Darr Mine located in Rostraver, Pennsylvania.
