This collection contains extensive material from 2003-2016 regarding Marc J. Gergely’s legislative work. This collection primarily contains the Legislative work of Gergely in the form of House Bills, Amendments, and Resolutions. Major topics that appear throughout this collection includes expanding hunting into Sunday and Elk hunting, eliminating homestead property taxes, establishing Hungarian American Day, congratulating multiple outdoors, sportsmen’s groups, and hunting groups, theft of motor oil and fuel, paid sick leave, Marcellus Shale, and unemployment compensation. The majority of these files contain but are not limited to drafts of House Bills, Resolutions, and Amendments, correspondence regarding specific legislation from both interest groups and constituents, emails regarding legislation, memos on legislation, and cosigner information. Items removed include duplicates.
