An Act amending Title 27 (Environmental Resources) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in environmental stewardship and watershed protection, further providing for extension of fees; in disposal fee, further providing for disposal fee for municipal waste landfills; providing for recycling fee; repealing provisions of the Municipal Waste Planning, Recycling and Waste Reduction Act relating to recycling fee; and making editorial changes.
