The records of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives' Policy Committee, the Republicans were in the minority. These are files from Representative Mike Turzai during his time as Chair of the Policy Committee from 2007-2008. These materials were donated in 2019 by Melanie Brown of the Republican Caucus. They were found in the Ryan Building in a closet. Many of the materials are from the Health and Human Services Committee duing the 1990s. Much of the legislative work and subject files deal with the tobacco settlement in PA in the 1990s and the task force HR 187 that worked on facilties of those mentally and phyically disabled.
