The records of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives Veterans Affairs and Emergency Preparedness Committee, the Republicans were in the majority, and the Democrats were in the minority. The Chairs of the Committee were Stephen Barrar (Republican), and Christopher Sainato (Democrat). The committee focused much of its efforts in 2019 to veteran rights, issues, and protection. The committee turned its efforts in 2020 to the covid-emergency.
