This collection contains meeting notes, research on high speed rail in other states and other countries, reports, product / engineering research, as well as various reports and news clipings created and about the commission.

While the Commission formally was funded from 1981-1987, materials in this collection were collected both before and following those dates. The research continues into the early 1990s.
