House Bill 7, 1995

An Act amending Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses) and 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, adding definitions; establishing the Instant Check Fund; further providing for persons not to possess firearms, for the carrying of firearms in cities of the first class and for firearm licenses; restricting the possession of firearms by minors; further providing for sale of firearms, for fees in connection therewith, for loans on or the lending of firearms, for certain relief from disability, for civil immunity for certain persons and for sentencing for offenses committed with firearms; providing penalties; making an appropriation; and making editorial changes.
