Regulation #54-86
Scope and Contents
The Liquor Code authorizes management companies to operate and manage all or part of a licensed business. Nonetheless, the Board's regulations require that all incidia of ownership remain with the licensee. The regulatory requirement that all incidia of ownership remain with the licensee has proven to be inconsistent with the statutory provision that allows a management company to operate all or part of the licensed business. Therefore, the regulations are being changed to be consistent with the statutory scheme.
