Scope and Contents

An Act amending the act of April 12, 1951 (P.L.90, No.21), known as the Liquor Code, in preliminary provisions, further providing for definitions; in licenses and regulations and liquor, alcohol and malt and brewed beverages, further providing for applications for hotel, restaurant and club liquor licenses, for sales by liquor licensees and restrictions, for wine and spirits auction permits, for public venue license, for performing arts facility license, for wine expanded permits, for casino liquor license, for application for distributors', importing distributors' and retail dispensers' licenses, for breweries and for limiting number of retail licenses to be issued in each county, providing for liquor code suspension for deficiency and further providing for local option and for unlawful acts relative to liquor, malt and brewed beverages and licensees; in distilleries, wineries, bonded warehouses, bailees for hire and transporters for hire, further providing for limited wineries and for distilleries; in miscellaneous provisions, further providing for construction and applicability; and making related repeals.
