This collection consists mostly of DVDs of Mowery's TV appearances as well as newspaper clippings from Harold Mowery's elections to the House of Representatives, failed bid for Lieutenant Govorner in 1990, subsequent elections to the State Senate, and some of the legislation he proposed from 1970-2004. Researchers interested in Harold Mowery’s political career, the 1990 gubernatorial race, and understanding the positions and the role of the State Republican Party and how it evolved over time would find this collection helpful. Press releases, campaign ads, and donor information is also included in the collection.

This collection arrived with the contents arranged by date. Correspondence was seperated from the news clippings and placed in its own series. Some news clippings that were not pertinent to the rest of the file were moved into different files. Additionally, two topics that seemed to be of great importance to Mowery, healthcare and legislator spending, were given their own files.
