2405-An Act amending the act of November 30, 2004 (P.L.1672, No.213), known as the Alternative Energy Portfolio Standards Act, further providing for definitions and for alternative energy portfolio standards; providing for solar photovoltaic and solar thermal energy system requirements; further providing for interagency responsibilities; providing for sequestration facility permitting and for title to carbon dioxide, immunity and transfer of liability; establishing the Carbon Dioxide Indemnification Fund; providing for carbon dioxide sequestration facility and transportation pipeline on Commonwealth State forest lands; and providing for application of the Public Utility Code to transporters of carbon dioxide.
