Scope and Contents
HB1530 amends Section 2711 (Consents necessary to adoption) of the Domestic Relations Code (Title 23, Pa. C.S.) by adding an explicit stipulation in subsection (d) (Contents of consent) that the consent to adoption executed by an incarcerated birth parent may be witnessed by employees of correctional facilities.
