Scope and Contents
The bulk of David C. Parker’s papers is devoted to his legislative work during his first and only term as a PA Representative. Throughout this term, Parker’s legislative interests were wide and varied, ranging from providing further punishment against cruelty to animals, proposed restructuring and consolidation of Pennsylvania schools, and various tax codes. Parker worked on some resolutions as well, including the commemoration of the Borough of Stroudsburg, his legislative district, and a celebration for the Tobyhanna Conservation Association.
