David C. Parker was born in 1970 in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. Parker was educated at Blair Academy C’88, and received his Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration from Messiah College C’92. He was the manager and owners of Cramer’s Cashway, Inc., and board member of the Pocono Builders Association. He was elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 2014 and ran an unsuccessful campaign for reelection in 2016.

Scope and Contents The bulk of David C. Parker’s papers is devoted to his legislative work during his first and only term as a PA Representative.
