Hickernell served as Majority Vice Chair, and Michele Brooks served as Majority Secretary. Harry A. Readshaw served as Minority Chair, William C. Kortz II served as Minority Vice Chair, and Jaret Gibbons served as Minority Secretary. Some of the topics the committee focused on during the 2013-2014 session included the licensing of cosmetologists, professional counselors, homeopathy and the licensing of pharmacies and pharmacists.
