The Finance Committee was involved in reviewing bills for Special Session #1 of 2007-2008 regarding Energy Policy. These records are located in Series 6 and include a committee record, two meetings and the Special Session House Blue Backs. Almost all the meeting and public hearing files include attendance and votes records, minutes, related legislation and legislative analysis, amendments and fiscal notes. If correspondence was received by the Finance Committee regarding legislation, it has been filed with the meetings or public hearings in which the legislation was discussed. The testimony given at a public hearing is almost always included in each public hearing file, however, the official transcript is housed in our Public Hearing Transcript Database.
