Appendices are all condensed copies of folder contents found elsewhere in the collection. This allowed all information to be found in one place instead of scattered across the boxes.

Contents of this folder are copies of letters send to each state department and their replies, as well as all the non-bid contract lists they send to the Select Committee. The original copies of these are found in Boxes 3-7.
