January 16, 2003, from Rep. Paul W. Semmel, to Eric A. Ely, President of Council Borough of Kutztown. House Bill 2963 of 2002 has been signed into law as Act 195 of 2002. This authorizes the Department of General Services to sell armories across the Commonwealth.
