Scope and Contents
Limiting general assistance to chronically needy persons and transitionally needy persons,� providing for annual quality control reviews relating to child support eligibility, an employment program for general assistance recipients, procedures relating to the cooperation of caretaker relatives, tax credit against the corporate net income tax for business firms for employing recipients.
