The Subcommittee on Drugs and Alcohol was chaired by Joseph Hackett (Majority) and Michelle Brownlee (D). The Subcommittee on Mental Health was chaired by Tom Murt (Majority) and Madeleine Dean (D). Some of the issues that were covered during 2013 -2014 session were Drug and Alcohol Programs, Public Welfare Codes and open access to recreational land and water.
