Meeting, November 24, 1986
Scope and Contents
The Select Committee held various meetings to discuss the feasibility of a law school in the greater Harrisburg area. Possible locations of the law school as well as partnerships were discussed during the meetings. Although the law school was not developed during the 1985-1986 session, it was established through Weidner University in 1989 and is located in Susquehanna Township in Dauphin County.
Many of the files were from Chair Mark Cohen and his Research Analyst, Eric Fillman. These contain research, correspondence, petitions, and news clippings.
