House Bill 1196: Amends the Rabies Law to provide for notifications to owners of dogs that are involved in dog attacks. Senate Bill 155: Amends the Rabies Law to provide for rabies vaccination exemptions and other updates. Senate Bill 526: Amends the Animal Exhibition Sanitation chapter of the Agriculture Code to provide for health certificates for animals brought to an animal exhibition.
