House Bill 81:� Amends the Vehicle Code to provide for the operation of implements of husbandry between farms and schools for agriculture-related events.� House Bill 82:� Provides for costs of care of animals seized for animal cruelty.� House Bill 83:� Amends the Agricultural Area Security law to permit a landowner to voluntarily relinquish the existing right to construct an additional residence on preserved farmland.� House Bill 84:� Amends the Agricultural Area Security law to provide for inspections of preserved farmland and abrogates related provisions in regulation.
