William C. Rybak (D) served as Minority Vice Chairman and Paul Wass (R) served as Minority Vice Chairman. William J. Stewart (D) served as the Secretary.
The Committee investigated the Department of Environmental Resources, in addition to discussing landfills and other environmental issues.
