Memo, January 12, 2006, from Rep. Peter Zug to all House Members stating that he will be introducing legislation called 'Municipal Authority Approval of Actions Act' which will require cities of the third class that provide water or sewer service to municipalities or people outside the city.

Letter, February 14, 2006, from Greg Mahon (Senate Staff) to Rep. Peter Zug stating that the Senate amended the authority to take over House Bill 893 in appropriations, and states that they may give the bill final consideration today.
