Letter, February 28, 2000, from Rep. Peter Zug to all members of the House, he plans to introduce legislation calling for initial certification of disability for absentee ballot and not require to verify continued disability every 4 years, to avoid dissuading people from voting.

Letter, December 30, 1999, from Susan Boyle to Rep. Peter Zug, she has prepared two draft legislation for him after one of his constituents contacted him about their disapproval of having to verify a continuing disability, and was wondering which version he would like to pursue.

Letter, October 15, 1999, from Susan Boyle to Rep. Peter Zug, recalling their conversation about a constituent and states that she has spoken with former Commissioner of Elections Bill Boehm about the requirement regarding disabled absentee ballots. She states that if he is interested in introducing legislation to help the situation that he should consider a notice requirement from the counties to the constituents.
