The records of the 1985-1986 session of the Health and Welfare Committee, the Democrats in majority.� The committee was chaired by James Barber (Majority). Frank Pistella (Majority) served as Chair of the Subcommittee on Health, while the Subcommittee on Welfare was chaired by Michael Dawida (Majority) and the Subcommittee on Youth and Aging was chaired by Allen Kukovich (Majority). Donald Dorr (Minority) served as Minority Chairman.
