An Act amending Title 66 (Public Utilities) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, amending and adding definitions, further providing for the determination of rates, for the assessment of regulatory expenses, for the use of certain Federal funds, for certain capital construction certificates, for fuel and energy adjustments, for the valuation and return on utility property, for a uniform system of accounts and for records and audits.
