An Act amending the act of June 3, 1937 (P.L.1333, No.320), known as the Pennsylvania Election Code, further providing for the form of official primary ballots; further defining "independent expenditure"; further providing for reporting; providing for funding of certain Statewide elections; limiting certain contributions; imposing powers and duties on the Department of State; and providing penalties. Contains a proposed amendment to the bill.
