Senate Bill 125 would give certain counties the ability to enact a hotel tax for tourist and recreation facilities. File contains correspondence, news clippings and testimony from a public hearing held July 9, 1997 in Pittsburgh offering both favorable and non-favorable opinions on the Initiative. Senate Bill 125 eventually became Act 18 of 1997.
