Memorabilia
Scope and Contents
This series contains two types of memorabilia: bill signings (Folders 22-34) and printing plates (Folders 35-40). The bill signings are certificates given to the bill sponsors or co-sponsors. The certificate is signed by the governor and contains a commemorative pen which was presumably used to sign the bill into law. The printing plates are metal with negative engravings used to print flyers, brochures and other mailings for campaigns.
