Scope and Contents
HB364:An Act amending the act of May 17, 1921 (P. L. 682, No. 284), known as "The Insurance Company Law of 1921," authorizing stock insurers to establish more than one class or series of shares and to permit different voting rights according to the class of shares; requiring coverage benefits for the treatment of mental disorders; and adding a sunset provision.
HB2001:An Act amending the act of July 22, 1974 (P. L. 589, No. 205), known as the "Unfair Insurance Practices Act," further providing for unfair methods of competition or deceptive acts.
HB2263:An Act amending the act of September 2, 1961 (P. L. 1232, No. 540), known as the "Model Act for the Regulation of Credit Life Insurance and Credit Accident and Health Insurance," adding provisions relating to credit unemployment insurance.
HB1681: An Act establishing a uniform procedure for review by the Insurance Commissioner of certain rate filings and policy form filings; and making repeals.
