Biography
Fillman, born 1963, a graduate of LaSalle College and Widener University School of Law.
Fillman has spent his legal career in government service, and 2011-2017 served as Counsel to the Pennsylvania House Committee on Ethics. In that role, Fillman helped create regular ethics education for House members and staff. 2017 he became the first Chief Integrity Officer in the history of the Office of Pennsylvania Attorney General.
