Members of the committee included John Lawless (chairman), Elaine Farmer, Ronald Raymond, Jeffrey Coy, and Ruth Rudy. Public hearings were held in Harrisburg and Lock Haven in accordance with the Sunshine Law. The final report of the Committee was given to the House of Representatives on December 13, 1995.
