An Act amending Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, authorizing clerks of courts of common pleas to increase certain fees and to impose automation fees.

An Act repealing the act of May 21, 1943 (P.L.271, No.124), entitled "An act validating certain expenditures heretofore made by county commissioners in order to furnish filing cabinets or other office equipment to rationing boards."

An Act establishing the Keystone Quality Certificate program for certain child day-care providers; and providing for the powers and duties of the Department of Public Welfare.

An Act amending the act of March 4, 1971 (P.L.6, No.2), known as the Tax Reform Code of 1971, further providing for the calculation of the manufacturing, processing, research and development capital stock and franchise tax exemptions; continuing and expanding a tax credit to employers who hire certain individuals; and making a repeal.

An Act amending the act of December 4, 1996 (P.L.893, No.141), known as the Volunteer Health Services Act, allowing doctors with volunteer licenses to prescribe medication to family members.

An Act amending the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L.177, No.175), known as The Administrative Code of 1929, providing for changes in the powers and duties of the Executive Board; and making editorial changes.

An Act amending Title 20 (Decedents, Estates and Fiduciaries) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for forfeiture relating to intestate succession, for granting of letters testamentary and letters of administration, for qualifications to serve as a personal representative, for revocation of letters testamentary and letters of administration and for removal of personal representative; and providing for a preadjudication rule.

An Act amending the act of August 23, 1967 (P.L.251, No.102), known as the Economic Development Financing Law, further providing for membership and compensation of the authority; and making editorial changes.

An Act amending the act of March 10, 1949 (P.L.30, No.14), known as the Public School Code of 1949, authorizing school districts to establish programs for awarding high school diplomas to certain military veterans.
