An Act amending the act of June 2, 1915 (P. L. 736, No. 338), known as "The Pennsylvania Workmen's Compensation Act," authorizing actions at law against employers in certain cases.

An Act amending the act of December 5, 1936 (2nd Sp. Sess., 1937 P. L. 2897, No. 1), known as the "Unemployment Compensation Law," defining "base year wages"; and further defining "highest quarterly wages."

An Act amending the act of May 17, 1921 (P. L. 682, No. 284), known as "The Insurance Company Law of 1921," providing for certain additional coverage in workmen's compensation insurance and for the computation of workmen's compensation premium rates.
