An Act providing for financial assistance for emergency medical services; providing further duties of the Department of Health; establishing the Emergency Medical Service Fund; imposing a tax on gross life insurance premiums and providing for its collection by the Department of Revenue; and authorizing grants for prehospital emergency medical services and equipment.
