Ron Bachman served as a Floor Custodian or Floor Superintendent for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. This negative is him seated on a stone bench in the Main Rotunda.

The images found on the disc cover a range of years, several taken in the 1990s. Images also include pages from his Speaker's booklet.
