Improve Management Performance and Cost Control Task Force (IMPACCT) was established by House Resolution 235 of 1995-1996. Its mission was to study the management of current government operations and make recommendations of cost-cutting measures.
This is the Task Force's final report. George Saurman, at this point retired from the PA Legislature, was appointed a chair of the Task Force.
