An Act providing for involuntary treatment requirements and procedures for individuals suffering from alcohol and other drug abuse; and imposing duties on the Department of Health and the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs.

An Act amending the act of April 14, 1972 (P.L.221, No.63), known as the Pennsylvania Drug and Alcohol Abuse Control Act, establishing the Project Lazarus Commission.

An Act requiring outpatient drug and alcohol treatment facilities to provide certain therapies and services to patients.

An Act amending the act of July 9, 1976 (P.L.817, No.143), known as the Mental Health Procedures Act, in general provisions, further providing for rights and remedies of persons in treatment.
