An Act providing for local education control, for basic literacy, for parental rights, for teachers' rights and for academic freedom.

An Act authorizing the release of all restrictions imposed by the Project 70 Act on certain lands situated in the City of Allentown, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, in exchange for the imposition of Project 70 restrictions on easement interests of other lands conveyed to the City of Allentown, permitting the City of Allentown to grant or convey an easement to an adjacent landowner.

An Act amending Title 53 (Municipalities Generally) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, adding revised, codified and compiled provisions relating to local government; and making repeals.

An Act regulating libraries; providing for the State Librarian, for the State Library and for the State Library Commission; establishing the State Library Fund; providing for library financing; establishing the State Library System; making tax exemptions and authorizing and requiring local taxation; entering into an interstate compact; and making repeals.
