This folder contains the accounting and general operations manual. The manual was for the use of the Members, officers, and employees of the General Assembly responsible for monies appropriated to pay the salaries, wages, and expenses of the Legislature. C. 1983. The manual was removed from a three ring binder that was deteriorating.
