Scope and Contents From the Collection: The Youth and Aging Committee was created in the 1989-1990 Session to deal more specifically with the issues of the increasing older population in Pennsylvania as well as the young people. These issues had previously been handled by the Youth and Aging Subcommittee in the Health and Welfare Committee.
